Any infringement of the rules and regulations would invite punishment.
It is strictly prohibited to enter into the Laduagad Falls in rainy seasons. Jumping over the falls is strictly prohibited.- Bathing under the fall is strictly prohibited.
- Cooking, throwing of bottles & plastic material is prohibited in the Laduagad Fall area.
- Drinking or carrying liquor is strictly prohibited. Checking of vehicle for arms, liquor can be done while issuing the permit or at the entry gates.
- Use of Polythene-bags is strictly prohibited. Visitors are required to carry a non-polythene litter bag with them and use it to bring back all their litter, whether biodegradable or non- biodegradable (tin-cans, plastic, glass bottles, metal foils etc.) outside the area.
- Smoking in public places and lightning of any kind of fire is prohibited.
- Playing of radio and other sound producing devices is prohibited.
- Entry into the restricted zone is prohibited.
